Yep - thats right, I am in Dallas all of this week. I fly back to Fargo (and then pick up my car and head to Jamestown of course) tomorrow afternoon.
I have a big post on it over on my personal blog - so check it out. It is a pretty exciting post. On a side note, I finally bothered to register JakeBarnard.com for myself.

Well here is another wedding update for you guys!
Jennie and I met with our photographer this weekend and had some pictures taken. She is also making our invitations, so those should be ready asap as well. I am waiting for a few additional addresses from Mom (Susan) and then those should be hitting mail box’s soon! We also stopped by the craft store and got some crafty type things for the wedding - so all in all it was a good wedding weekend.
I will keep everyone updated! Remember - Sept. 23rd is coming up faster and faster!

Once again welcome! My Dad (Ed) has such a great site going on here, that a post was needed filling in everyone on what the youngest Barnard in our branch was doing.
A North Dakota branch has been started. As of right now, to my knowledge, I am the only relation living in state. After graduating last year from Jamestown College, I made it as far as Fargo, ND before stopping to work. I just couldn’t leave the state. Recently, (as in the past couple of weeks) I have moved back to Jamestown, ND. I now work in Valley City and commute. There is just something about the plains that keeps me here. Of course the friends and community here are another part of that.
However, I will not be the sole Barnard up here for long. We have an import. I am getting married. (The wedding will take place in Jamestown on September 23rd.) So we will have 2 North Dakota Barnards’. If you are a relative and think I might not have your current address – please feel free to email me with it!
This website will be great for learning more about our family. If you are interested in learning more about this particular Barnard, feel free to check out my little corner of the web.
George Allen Barnard and Rosanna Rosemary Johnston established our Barnards of western Pennsylvania.
John Dierlam and Kate Coward established our Dierlams of Indianola and Seadrift Texas.
